15) Can I Sell My Property To A Third Party?

Yes, but all transfers will have to go to the Land department and are subject to a transfer fee.

Prevailing transfer fee is subject to the Land department transfer fee charges. An administration fee needs to be paid to the developer for every transfer after the payment of initial 15% on any of the stages mentioned below:

a)  Reservation stage: 0.5% of the original purchase price b)  Contracts stage:

1.   4 Units or less: 2% of the original purchase price

2.   5 units and above: 1% of the original purchase price

 

16) What will the maintenance charges be?

Fees have not been set but will be in line with the market. We will strive to ensure that the value for money proposition afforded by the units is not diluted by high maintenance fees.
